I have had a passion for photos since I was a child. Every picture seemed to tell a story, and I could easily get lost in an old photo album, just like reading a good book. I also LOVE art. Being a mom to four amazing children, I am constantly reminded that art is everywhere, and all you need is an open mind and heart to see it. I have spent years chasing my children around with my camera, capturing moments so that I could look back on them and relive them. I would love to do the same for you too! This love of art, and my desire to capture special moments, inspired me to become a photographer.
My Grandma Grethe ran a floral shop here on Kauai when I was a child, and I loved spending my free time there with her. She taught me so much and was always happy to let me “help”. Though she passed away years ago, I am honored and proud to carry on her legacy by creating the beautiful floral art that she did so well.
